Fractured Privacy Policy

How Cynterio Techspace LLC collects, uses, and protects your information

Last updated: April 12, 2026

1. Fractured – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Cynterio Techspace LLC ("Cynterio Techspace," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile game Fractured (the "Game").

This Policy supports our disclosures for Google Play and the Apple App Store and covers the third-party services we use, including Firebase, Google AdMob, Sign in with Google, and Sign in with Apple.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Game.

2. Who we are

Fractured is published and operated by Cynterio Techspace LLC, located in South Carolina, United States.

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, you can contact us at:
Email: cynterio.techspace@gmail.com
Website: cynterio.tech

3. Audience and age guidance

Fractured is a sci-fi themed jigsaw puzzle game designed for a general audience.

We recommend the Game for users aged 13 and older because of its complexity, not because it contains adult or restricted content.

If you are below the minimum age required by law in your country to manage your own data (for example, 13 in the United States or 16 in some European countries), you should use the Game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically through the Game and integrated software development kits (SDKs), and information related to authentication, advertising, and purchases.

4.1 Information you provide directly

When you sign in or contact us, we may collect:

  • Email address, if you use an email-based sign-in or if it is shared by your sign-in provider.
  • Display name or account name, where you choose one or your sign-in provider supplies one.
  • Support information you send us, such as the details of your request, screenshots, and any device information you choose to include.

Please avoid sending sensitive information (such as government identification numbers or full payment details) in support messages.

4.2 Account and authentication information

Fractured uses Firebase Authentication and supports Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple.

When you sign in, we and/or our authentication providers may process:

  • Email address, where available.
  • A provider-specific account identifier and a Firebase user ID.
  • Authentication metadata such as sign-in timestamps, Internet Protocol (IP) address, and user agent information, used for security, abuse prevention, and account management.

Firebase Authentication may retain certain authentication data for as long as your account exists and then delete it from live and backup systems within a limited time after account deletion. Logged IP addresses used for authentication security are generally retained for a short period.

4.3 Information collected automatically

When you use the Game, we and our service providers (including Firebase and Google AdMob) may automatically collect:

  • Device information such as device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, and app version.
  • Identifiers, such as app instance identifiers, Firebase installation identifiers, and mobile advertising identifiers used by AdMob and other Google services.
  • Usage and gameplay data, such as number and length of sessions, screens viewed, level progress, hints used, and other in-game events.
  • Crash and diagnostics data, including crash logs, stack traces, and device metadata at the time of a crash, collected via Firebase Crashlytics or similar tools.
  • Network information and approximate location, such as IP address and general region, used for security, fraud prevention, and compliance with regional advertising and privacy requirements.

4.4 Purchase and transaction information

Fractured offers in-app purchases (real-money digital items and features) through Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchase.

We do not receive or store your full credit card number or full payment account details; these are processed by Google, Apple, or other payment providers.

We may receive and process:

  • Transaction or purchase identifiers.
  • Product identifiers and quantities.
  • Purchase dates, amounts, and status (for example, successful, canceled, or refunded).
  • Limited account or device identifiers needed to grant or restore purchased content and to prevent fraud.

5. How we use information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

5.1 Provide and operate the Game

  • Create, authenticate, and manage user accounts.
  • Save, sync, and restore game progress across sessions and devices.

5.2 Process purchases and in-game content

  • Verify, fulfill, and restore in-app purchases.
  • Maintain purchase records for support, accounting, and fraud prevention.

5.3 Show ads and support our business model

  • Serve ads within the Game using Google AdMob.
  • Use device identifiers, app activity, and approximate location to deliver and improve ads, including frequency capping and, where permitted, personalized or interest-based advertising.
  • Configure ad content rating and, where required, child-directed settings to limit ads to appropriate categories for our audience.

5.4 Improve the Game

  • Analyze gameplay and app usage via Firebase Analytics or similar tools to understand how players interact with the Game and to improve difficulty balance, features, and design.
  • Diagnose and fix bugs and crashes using Firebase Crashlytics and other diagnostics.

5.5 Safety, security, and compliance

  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, cheating, and misuse.
  • Enforce our terms and policies.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

6. Legal bases for processing (where applicable)

In regions where data protection law requires a legal basis (for example, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), we generally rely on:

  • Contract: to provide the Game, accounts, cloud saves, purchases, and ads-supported access that you request.
  • Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Game, and to prevent fraud and abuse, where these interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
  • Consent: where required for certain analytics, cookies or SDKs, advertising, or the use of certain device identifiers, we rely on your consent, including through platform-level controls.
  • Legal obligations: to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

7. Third-party services we use

We rely on the following major third-party services in Fractured:

  • Firebase Authentication for account authentication and management.
  • Firebase Analytics for app usage and gameplay analytics.
  • Firebase Crashlytics for crash and error reporting.
  • Google AdMob for ad serving, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads.
  • Google Sign-In as an authentication option.
  • Sign in with Apple as an authentication option.
  • Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchase for in-app purchase processing.

These services may process data as our processors and/or as independent controllers under their own privacy policies and terms.

8. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense of selling customer lists for money.

We may share information:

  • With service providers and partners (such as Google and Apple) that help us provide authentication, analytics, ads, crash reporting, hosting, and payment processing.
  • With legal authorities, advisors, and others when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.
  • With buyers or successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or other business transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

9. Ads and advertising choices

Fractured displays ads using Google AdMob.

AdMob may collect and use information such as mobile advertising identifiers, app activity, IP address, and approximate location to deliver and improve ads and to measure ad performance.

We configure AdMob in line with our audience and privacy commitments, including:

  • Setting a maximum ad content rating consistent with a game recommended for ages 13 and over and avoiding inappropriate ad categories.
  • Applying child-appropriate settings where required by Google Play's Families policies or by law.
  • Avoiding passing personal identifiers such as names or email addresses into ad requests.

Some privacy laws treat personalized or interest-based advertising as a form of "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising."

Where such laws apply:

  • You may use your device settings (for example, "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android or the tracking settings on Apple devices) to limit the use of your device identifier for personalized ads.
  • You may contact us at pro@cynterio.tech to ask us to limit our use of your data for targeted advertising where we can technically and contractually do so.

10. "Do Not Sell or Share" and targeted advertising

We do not exchange your personal information for money.

Because AdMob and analytics services may use identifiers and app activity for personalized ads and measurement, some laws could treat this as "selling," "sharing," or "targeted advertising."

Where such laws apply, you may have the right to:

  • Request that we do not sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising.
  • Limit the use of your personal information for advertising-related profiling.

You can exercise these rights, where applicable, by contacting us at pro@cynterio.tech and by using your device and platform settings to limit ad tracking and personalization.

11. Game progress, cloud save, and in-app purchases

We store gameplay progress, achievements, and in-game purchases in connection with your account so that you can resume where you left off and restore purchases.

Virtual items and unlocks are typically linked to your account or platform profile and may not be transferable between platforms or between different accounts.

All real-money purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple. Their terms of service, refund policies, parental controls, and purchase protection tools apply to your transactions.

12. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our partners use software development kits, device identifiers, and similar technologies to operate core features, analytics, crash reporting, authentication, and ads.

On mobile platforms, these technologies are managed primarily via app and system settings (such as ad tracking preferences and privacy controls), not browser cookie settings.

13. Children's privacy

Fractured is not targeted exclusively at children, but it may be used by teenagers and younger users.

We aim not to collect more data from children than is reasonably necessary to provide the Game and we use mainstream services such as Firebase and AdMob configured to respect child-privacy and content guidelines where applicable.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in a manner that requires parental consent and such consent has not been obtained, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information or seek the necessary consent.

Parents or guardians who have questions or believe we collected information inappropriately can contact us at pro@cynterio.tech.

14. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Game, fulfill purchases, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect our rights, and support security and anti-fraud measures.

In general:

  • Account and gameplay data are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.
  • Purchase records are retained as needed for accounting, tax, legal, and support purposes, consistent with platform and legal requirements.
  • Analytics and crash data are retained according to our Firebase configuration and the practices of our service providers.
  • Authentication information may be retained by Firebase until account deletion, after which it is removed from live systems and from backups within a limited time. Logs used for authentication security are generally retained for a short period.

15. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers, including Google and Apple, may process data in the United States and other countries.

These regions may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.

Where required, we and our partners rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as contractual protections and technical and organizational security measures.

16. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect information processed in connection with the Game from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

Our service providers, such as Firebase, also apply security controls designed to limit access to personal data and to log access where appropriate.

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and login credentials.

17. Your rights and choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • Access personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of certain personal information.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing, including for analytics or targeted advertising.
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format where applicable.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise these rights, contact us at pro@cynterio.tech with enough information to identify your account or device.

We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before responding.

You may also use device and platform settings to adjust ad tracking, permissions, and privacy controls on your device.

18. Google Play and App Store disclosures

Google Play requires developers to provide complete and accurate information in the Data safety section about data collection, sharing, security, and deletion.

Apple requires developers to complete App Privacy labels and provide a publicly accessible privacy policy that reflects how the app and included third-party SDKs handle data.

Your actual app behavior, your store disclosures, and this Privacy Policy must remain consistent with each other. If you change SDKs or data practices, you must update all three.

19. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Game, legal obligations, platform rules, or our data practices.

When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, provide additional notice in the Game or in the app stores.

Your continued use of the Game after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy means that you accept the revised Policy.
